Join Kula Cooperative for a FREE session of Laughter Yoga with certified leader Rita Coleman RYT on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.Laughter Yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. It is done in groups, with eye contact and playfulness between participants. This practice requires no asanas (poses). The movements are sitting, standing, turning, hand & arm movements and laughter. Come try it out and see if it doesn't tickle your funny bone!
